Koelle, Sigismund Wilhelm : Polyglotta africana, or a comparative vocabulary of nearly three hundred words and phrases in more than one hundred distinct African languages (> détail). Langue : buduma (bdm) Enquête : Da: <1854 ; “From Abā́li (vid.2.d.), who was three years on a Búdūma islands, viz. from his seventh to his tenth year, during which time he learned their language, and still recollects the adduced specimens. He is the only individual in Sierra Leone who knows Búdūma, and has seen the following Búdūma towns or villages : Káyāa, Pẹ́rrām, Wálōa, Mḗdīram, Tenā́na, Isábela, ʿPṓlēa, Moíram, Kánderēa, Kádeia.”.
